Skoolee Tools - Admissions

Admissions is a central element of school operation. The time frame, evaluation, communication, decision-making, and constraints involved make it possibly the most demanding aspect of school management. Skoolee Tools' Admissions module is designed to lead you through this work smoothly and effectively.

Filling the Application

Applicants may use Skoolee Tools to directly fill and submit electronic applications online. Alternatively, an applicant may fill a paper application form and submit it to the school, which in turn feeds it into Skoolee Tools. Skoolee Tools maintains these electronic applications for the processing, acceptance, and archiving work that will follow.

Processing the Application

Skoolee Tools provides the necessary platform for the school to process the applications. If an application is incomplete due to missing data or lack of required documents, the school can inform the applicant through Skoolee Tools. If an application is complete, the school proceeds with Skoolee Tools to evaluate the status of the applicant and decide what entrance exams or other assessment measures, if any, the applicant needs to take.

Acceptance

Skoolee Tools manages the acceptance process as well, where assessment results are recorded and students are accepted and placed in classes. Skoolee Tools facilitates relaying these decisions, too, by printing or emailing acceptance letters to the applicants.
