Grade Reports

A grade report holds the exam or assignment grades of a class in a certain course.
Not all courses in your school have the same grading structure: some courses require three exams, others one; some require a project others don't. Skoolee Tools offers you the flexibility to dynamically define a grade report template for every course. This template reflects how you actually structure the grading for that course, where it shows that a certain course requires, for example, quiz, test 1, test 2, mid-term exam, final exam, assignment, and project. Moreover, the grading template defines the maximum grade and the weight or coefficient per grading element. For example, define a final exam to have a maximum grade of 100 or A, and to weigh 20% of the total course grade.
Surely, the same template may apply to more than one course.
Once grade report templates are ready and student grades filled in, Skoolee Tools proceeds to automatically calculate course averages per student or class, means, deviations, and other indicators and statistical measures.

Report Cards

A report card holds the grades of a student in all courses.
Not all classes in your school have the same grading structure. Skoolee Tools' dynamic report card system makes it easy to build various kinds and structures of report cards and to define grading scales, weights, and coefficients. Once set, Skoolee Tools proceeds to automatically execute all calculations required by the report card. With Skoolee Tools you can also generate graphs and charts that help you analyze student and class performance, print summary reports, and view student ranking, progress, and conduct.
Skoolee Tools' grade reports are linked to the report cards. So, once a grade report holds the course grades, it will automatically feed these grades into the students' report cards.
